I registered at your site but I cannot send messages to other users. Why?

Your profile should be approved by moderator. As a rule, it takes up to 2 hours.

I uploaded a photo of a kitten (a puppy, a bird, etc) instead of my real photo, and evil moderator deleted it. Will you punish him?

No, he will do it again and again. We are the dating site, ad photos of puppies are out of place here.

I registered at your site and uploaded a photo of a popular actor (all girls adore him) instead of my real photo. Evil moderator deleted the photo and my profile, and now I cannot register at your site. What should I do?

You can’t do anything. We hope you know about “law of copyright”, which should be respected. Otherwise this actor could be offended and sue you.

I really like one girl at your site and want to make the acquaintance of her. Please, give me her e-mail address.

We do not disclose contacts of our users. If you want to make the acquaintance of somebody, write him/her a private message at our site.

Why can’t I register?

I would like to delete my profile from your dating site. Please, give me some advices how to do it.

In order to delete your profile you should log in to the site. Then go to “Profile Settings” in your private menu and click on “Delete Profile”.

I’ve received an e-mail letter about a new private message, but there are no new messages at the site. Why?

Such situation is possible in case if a user, who sent you a message, deleted his profile or his profile was deleted by moderator, but notification about a new message had already been sent to your e-mail address, specified during registration. All messages of a user (even the unread messages) are deleted in case of deletion of his/her profile.

I receive many letters from people, whom I do not like. I don’t want to communicate with them. What should I do?

You can add such users to blacklist by yourself. There is a special link in each profile, which allows you to add this profile to your blacklist. You can also delete a profile from blacklist in order to continue receiving messages from this user.
